Responsibility and obligation in relation to the aims of organization depend on a reward, got for the results of labour. The most essential reward is that which is related to satisfaction of requirements in a self-expression and selfactualization. Last, third, revolution in-process with a personnel was related to conception of U. Ouchi — Z-концепцией . It consisted of that purpose of skilled work — maximally effectively to use human capitals. Human potential becomes one of major factors of enterprise, and from this point of view tasks of skilled services — instrumental in maximal development of enterprise activity) all workers, creating favourable terms for this purpose.
The moral mechanisms of adjusting are consciously and systematic used in organizations of type of Z: interest shows up to the man as personality, but not simply as to the worker, considerable attention is spared informal mutual relations.
